Pets should be secured during service and obstacles removed where possible.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather or working conditions.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.
7. Liability

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property or surfaces.
